It's similar to any of the health type 'natural' nut buttters that I've tried from the store. There seem to be more of these next to the traditional more processed variety even in the regular supermarket. (Seems more people want the processed junk out.) So in terms of health, even if you toss out the 'good' claims like Omega 3's, etc., less processing probably means less of the bad stuff.
